The number of families experiencing homelessness in the metro has increased by 53% in the last year.

A shortage of affordable housing combined with the high cost of food, utilities and more are making the housing crisis in our region more severe. In fact, more than 11,000 people experience homelessness in Minnesota, on any given night. Right now, when you give to Greater Twin Cities United Way’s Home For Good initiative, Bremer Bank will match your gift – dollar for dollar – up to $10,000.

$50 $25 provides personal hygiene items like soap, toothbrushes, nail clippers, and hair combs.

$100 $50 provides cooking and baking tools like measuring cups, a mixing bowl, spoons, a paring knife and cutting board.

$400 $200 provides a bin filled with home supplies essentials.
